XXVI National Congress of the Spanish Association of Coloproctology (AECP), 17-19 May 2023, Madrid

From 17 to 19 May THD was in Madrid to participate in the XXVI edition of the National Congress of the Spanish Association of Coloproctology (AECP), in cooperation with Biocablan.

From 17 to 19 May THD, in cooperation with Biocablan S.L., participated in the XXVI edition of the National Congress of the Spanish Association of Coloproctology (AECP) in Madrid.   The event was an invaluable opportunity to meet with renowned experts and share interesting insights about present and future developments in the colorectal field. 

The program included engaging panel discussions and scientific sessions covering numerous topics. On this occasion, the participants had the opportunity to share their direct experience in the clinical and surgical practice.   

On 17 May during a masterclass video tutorial, Prof. Sebastiano Biondo showed haemorrhoid minimally invasive surgery performed with the THD® Doppler for Anolift procedure.   

While on 18 May Prof. Cavazzoni, Dr. Sanz and Dr. Hernández, renowned surgeons and lecturers with extensive experience in the treatment of colorectal disorders talked about the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of anal precancerous lesions with THD® HRStation and THD® Laser Station during a dedicated workshop that proved a great success.   

The AECP Congress was an important opportunity to present THD latest innovations for the management of colorectal disorders and introduce cutting-edge treatments that can significantly reduce pain and discomfort for patients affected by these diseases.
